Our Concierge Design Package gives you the opportunity to have a true turn-key solution so your home is completely set up and liveable from day one. Our design team will be actively involved at each stage of your build from initial design concept through to completion of your home.

You’ll open your door to a home where your brief has not only been met, but exceeds your expectations. You run your hands along the soft linen drapes as you draw them open and let the light in. Your furniture has been installed and decor set up beautifully in each space, ready to put your feet up. Luxurious Ashley & Co lotions and soaps ignite your senses in every bathroom. Your kitchen pantry and laundry are stocked with labelled vessels, filled with all the essentials. Your coffee machine is brewing your first cuppa. Welcome to your new home.

The Concierge Design Package is ideal for you if:

You are building out of town and would like to move in with more ease and everything is set up for you to begin your new chapter.
You’re particular with the way you want your home to look and want a design team who will look after it with the utmost attention to detail.
You are building your new home while managing a busy lifestyle and you don’t have time to regularly communicate with your project manager.
You know what you want and you want the pros to deliver it for you.

Phase 1: Initial Consult

We will schedule an initial consultation to understand your design goals, preferences, and budget. This meeting will help us gather essential information and establish a clear direction for the project.
The Concierge Design process is explained in detail with attention to the critical elements our service is based around; Design, Function, Budget and Timeframe.
Our discussion will allow us to understand your project and the scope of work required so we can produce your Design Proposal.
The tailored Design Proposal is released to you following our meeting and will outline the scope of work and the design fee.

Phase 2: Concept Development

Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will create a concept board that illustrates the overall theme, color palette, and design elements proposed for your space. We will work closely with you to refine and finalize the concept before moving forward. Your concept is the most critical component to our Concierge Design Package. We refer back to your concept with every decision moving forward to ensure the vision for your home comes to life as you see it.
Your budget is discussed and established at this stage.
Initial designs and concepts are produced alongside visual boards with samples and floorplans. Our team will develop a detailed space plan that optimizes the layout and flow of your space. This will include furniture placement, lighting design, and any necessary modifications to maximize functionality and aesthetics.

Phase 3: Selecting Hard & Soft Finishes

We will assist you in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for your project. This includes flooring, wall treatments, lighting fixtures, custom furniture, accessories, and more. We will provide you with options that align with your style preferences and budget considerations.
You have the opportunity to visit showrooms and see products first-hand.
Detailed renders are then created when Hard and Soft finishes are finalised.

Phase 4: Furniture and accessories procurement

We can handle the procurement process on your behalf, sourcing furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories that fit within the design concept. Our extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers ensures access to a wide range of options, including custom-made pieces if desired. Site visits will be conducted for each stage of the build to ensure your brief is adhered to. Our design team will oversee deliveries and installations of products to site, working alongside the building schedule.

Phase 5: Documentation

Final specifications are produced and a Fixtures & Finishes schedule is created to present to your project manager and tradespeople.
Once all quotes are accepted, you’ll receive invoices and orders are placed with suppliers.

Phase 6: Project Management

Our team will oversee the entire design process, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure smooth execution of the project. We will manage timelines, budgets, and quality control to deliver a successful outcome.

Phase 7: Installation and Styling

Once all the elements are ready, our team will coordinate the installation of furniture, fixtures, and accessories. We will pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure that every item is placed correctly and the space is styled to perfection.

Site visits include:

Electrical walk throughs to ensure plugs are located where they need to be
Pre-paint walk through to ensure the interior colour scheme is adhered to
Accepting delivery of furniture pieces
Site measure and installation of all curtains & blinds
Selecting and installing homewares
Selecting and installing home organisational systems using high quality products
