Featuring engineered timber flooring by Forte and beautifully soft New Zealand wool carpet by Bremworth, the interiors were carefully curated to bring warmth, texture, and longevity throughout the home. The bathrooms draw inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape, echoing the tones and textures of the cliffside views and scenic outlook toward Mt Rangitoto.
At the centre of the home sits the award-winning kitchen, recognised in the TIDA 2026 Designer Kitchen Awards for its luxurious aesthetic, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful functionality designed for modern family life. The home also features a private cinema, wine cellar, and expansive entertainment area complete with a custom bar and oversized ranch sliders that seamlessly open to the outdoor pool area — creating the ultimate space for entertaining and effortless indoor-outdoor living.
